Wanted: Task Force Volunteers

The American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing (AAACN) and the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB) are collaborating on the development of a Care Coordination and Transition Management (CCTM) certification exam for registered nurses. The first step in developing the exam is to assemble a task force of nurses who represent both acute and ambulatory care nursing, and who have been functioning in a Care Coordination and/or Transition Management role. In conjunction with this first step, we are also seeking volunteers to develop a Scope and Standards of Practice for Registered Nurse Care Coordination and Transition Management (CCTM) (July 31, 2014, 11:59:59 PM, is the last day to apply).
