Before you apply using the form below, read about Approval and Procedure, along with additional information about Scholarships and Awards.

You may apply for a AAACN Scholarship and/or Award any time of the year!

  • All applications for the AAACN Scholarships and Awards must be submitted via the online forms by November 16 annually. Each scholarship and/or award has their own individual form for ease of use.
  • You may apply for more than one award or scholarship (if you meet the requirements), but only one will be awarded.
  • Applications received after November 15 will be considered for the following year. The dates are as follows:
    • 2020 application submission time-period: December 4, 2019 through November 16, 2020. (CURRENT)
    • 2019 application submission time-period: December 4, 2018 through December 2, 2019 (HAS CLOSED).
    • 2021 application submission time-period: November 16, 2021 through November 15, 2022. (UPCOMING for 2021)

Helpful tips on using this form

  • Look over the application below, and gather all of the required content, files, etc. that you need to complete this applicaiton.
  • Based upon what you need to complete the applicaiton, please allow sufficient time to complete it from start to finish.
    • Note: if you close the applicaiton page in the middle of submitting, the form and all of the information will reset/lost.
  • When you have completed entereing all of the required information and are ready to submit the completed form, click the "Preview Submission" button to review what you have entered.
  • If you still need to make edits, click the "Return to Previous Page" button.
  • When you are satisfied with your final copy, click "Submit Completed Form."
    • No more changes will be permitted after the form has been submitted to the National Office.
