Hall of Fame Award
AAACN Ambulatory Care Nursing Hall of Fame
The AAACN Ambulatory Care Nursing Hall of Fame Award will recognize a current or past AAACN member whose contribution to AAACN and to ambulatory care nursing has resulted in a significant impact that elevated ambulatory care nursing practice and demonstrated engagement and commitment to the organization. The awardee will be honored for their significant impact in shaping ambulatory care nursing through nursing excellence, leadership, and innovation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Current or past membership in AAACN.
- Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) who is active or retired.
- Current Leadership Development and Nominating Committee or Board of Directors members are excluded.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in ambulatory care nursing.
- Candidates can be self-nominated or nominated by someone else.
Award:
A plaque presented at the Annual Conference and $500.
