Eligibility Requirements
For Mentors
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 2 years in any ambulatory care nursing role
- Active member of AAACN
- Practice level of Competent, Proficient, or Expert (Benner's Novice to Expert Theory)
- Able to commit to one hour per month
- Willing to participate in one meeting per month
For Mentees
- Active member of AAACN
- Self-identify as an ambulatory care nurse
- Able to commit to one hour per month
- Willing to participate in one meeting per month
