2021-2022 AAACN Program Planning Committee Call for Volunteers
AAACN is seeking qualified candidates to serve on the 2021-2022 Program Planning Committee. This volunteer position is a two-year commitment that kicks off with a meeting at the 2020 Annual Conference in Chicago, IL.
Applications must be submitted by February 3 2020.
Call for AAACN Certification Review Course (CRC) On-the-Road Instructor
If you are a nurse educator and hold certification in ambulatory care nursing, AAACN invites you to use your knowledge and nursing experience as an instructor for the Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification Review Course.
Instructors receive an honorarium to teach, along with paid travel expenses.
Applications must be submitted by February 15, 2020.
Call for SIG Chair-Elects (Multiple SIGs)
AAACN’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are a significant membership benefit, connecting you with an active community of AAACN members who share your passion for specific areas within ambulatory care nursing.
The CCTM, Patient/Staff Education, Pediatrics, Telehealth, and VA SIGs are currently seeking Chair-Elects for the 2020-2021 term.
Applications must be submitted by January 24, 2020.
Seeking Manuscripts on Military Topics
MEDSURG Nursing Journal is currently seeking manuscripts on military topics. MEDSURG Nursing is looking for contributions by and for military nurses in all service branches, active duty and reserves, to share their views on the unique health care perspectives of these settings.
AAACN members receive MEDSURG Nursing (or another journal selection) as a benefit of AAACN membership.

Volunteers for the Lippincott Procedures Team ONGOING Application
AAACN will continue to collaborate with Wolters Kluwer Health (WKH) to further enhance the Lippincott Ambulatory Care Nursing Procedures product. AAACN will continue accepting qualified volunteers to the Lippincott Procedures Team on an ongoing basis.
Team members will review the 100 updated evidence-based clinically accurate ambulatory care nursing procedures.
You must be an advanced practice nurse to apply for the Lippincott Procedures Team at this time.
