Improvements to our Online Conference Registration

We’ve made modifications to our online registration process to make it easier and more convenient than ever. Check out some of the new features:

  • Instant Email Confirmation
    As soon as your registration is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message at the email address you provided. If for some reason your transaction does not go through or you don’t complete your registration, your information will be saved and you’ll receive a link by email to finish the process.
  • Access Your Schedule at Any Time
    In the confirmation email you’ll receive a reference number which you can use to access your schedule online at any time.
  • Print Your Invoice
    Now you can print your invoice when you register, print it at a later date, or send it to someone by email, making it easier to apply for reimbursement if provided by your employer.
  • Ambulatory or Telehealth Certified Discount
    Nurses who are Ambulatory or Telehealth certified are eligible for one $20 discount. This discount is now available online! Simply select the appropriate category and provide information about your certification.
  • Special Group Discount for Members
    Three or more AAACN members registering together are eligible for a $30 discount off each registration fee. You can now obtain this discount online by logging in to your member account and selecting this option.
  • Make Changes to Your Session Selections
    If you decide at a later date that you’d like to change some of your session choices, you can log in and make these changes without contacting the National Office.
