VIDEO SUBMISSION

As part of your application to run on the 2027 Ballot, applicants are required to submit a 10–15-minute video response.

Please record yourself answering the provided questions in the order listed.

In your video, you must clearly identify each question before answering by either:

  • Repeating the full question, or
  • Stating the question number (e.g., “Question 1,” “Question 5”)

This helps ensure clarity and consistency for reviewers.

Please keep your total video length between 10–15 minutes and ensure your responses are concise, thoughtful, and aligned with the expectations of Board and Nominating Committee service.

Director Questions:

1. How have your previous roles or experiences equipped you to contribute effectively to our organization's Board of Directors?
2. What interests you about our organization's mission, strategic goals, and current initiatives, and what motivates you to apply for a director position on our Board?
3. How do you view the role of a Director on the Board of Directors and what unique perspective or skills would you bring to this position?
4. Can you discuss a significant strategic decision you were involved in that positively impacted your organization?
5. How would you engage with fellow Board members, staff, and external partners to foster effective teamwork and achieve our organization's objectives?
6. How would you manage your time and prioritize responsibilities to ensure you fulfill your obligations as a Board member effectively?
7. Can you provide an example of how you have promoted innovation or encouraged adaptation within an organization you have been involved with?
8. What do you see as the biggest opportunities and challenges facing our organization in the next 5–10 years, and how would you approach addressing them?
9. Is there anything else you would like us to know about you or your candidacy for this position?

1. Can you describe your experience with nominating or selecting candidates for leadership positions in organizations like ours?
2. What strategies do you believe are important for identifying and nurturing leadership potential within an organization?

4. How do you envision the role of the Nominating Committee in contributing to the long-term success and sustainability of our organization?
