AAACN's 2026 conference will be held on April 14-17, 2026, at the Hilton Orlando in beautiful Lake Buena Vista, Florida – across the street from Disney Springs.

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista has been designated as the official hotel for the 2026 AAACN Annual Conference. A block of rooms has been secured at the special rate of $239 single/double, plus a $25 daily resort fee. These rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 12%. The resort fee provides the following services:
- Shuttle transportation to/from the Disney World Theme Parks
- Two (2) Starbucks Coffees daily, redeemable at Mainstreet Market
- Two (2) bottled waters daily, redeemable at Mainstreet Market
- $5.00 discount on one attraction ticket sold at the concierge desk

To receive the conference rates, make online reservations through the link on AAACN’s conference registration site. Conference rates are available through March 26, 2026 or until the room block is full. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
