Application deadline: Monday, November 17.

“The AAACN Board Fellow position was an incredible experience. This experience facilitated my personal understanding of the complexity that a national professional organization board position entails. I did not have nearly the same level of appreciation for the work a board does or even the organization’s task forces and committees achieve. Professionally, I was able to quickly gain an understanding of the national priorities and needs of ambulatory care nursing, which was immensely helpful for my professional role. I was able to make connections across all different types of ambulatory care practice environments. My voice not only had space but was also heard at board meetings. This experience helped me understand how I could continue to contribute to this organization.”
