How was this content created?
The Telephone Triage as Professional Nursing Practice course is based on content created by AAACN member Carol Rutenberg, AMB-BC, C-TNP, MNSc.

Rutenberg developed a two-day telephone triage seminar specifically for the nurse, which also includes content regarding program design and management. This seminar has been taught for 20+ years, and there is continued demand. Rutenberg gifted her seminar content to AAACN to continue her legacy as she moves toward retirement. A AAACN Task Force updated and revised the course content and developed this course based on the content of Rutenberg’s proven education.
