On June 25th, Health Care for America NOW (HCAN) will host a rally on Capitol Hill around health care reform. The American Nurses Association is one of more than 500 organizations that belongs to HCAN, a grassroots campaign dedicated to passing health care reform in 2009. People from all over the country will be participating in HCAN's activities on June 25th, and several states will host state townhalls throughout DC.
HCAN and HCAN's many coalition members are dedicated to passing true health care reform the time is now! The rally and activities of June 25th are designed to demonstrate to the public, the press, and legislators the scope, breadth and capacity of the HCAN coalition and campaign.
