The RN Role Value Proposition (ROI) Task Force is developing a starter toolkit for new ambulatory care leaders that will include a business case description and a return on investment (ROI) template, talking points, and exemplars that support AAACN members as they advocate for implementing and expanding the RN role in ambulatory care.
The Task Force is creating a checklist of data elements/information to be used for conducting a practice assessment and gap analysis to determine where and why an RN role, project, or practice is required, as well as the cost of implementing. We are asking you to share your exemplars to help us build these resources!
Please share your exemplars by Friday, September 17, 2021, to supply the Task Force with information about programs within your facility. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. A member of the Task Force may contact respondents for additional information.
